When Marcy W. installed an O2 Compost system it was because she “wanted the task of manure management to be as simple, convenient and as ‘green’ as possible”. While the finished compost is currently being used as mulch for their extensive perennial landscaping, she has also had inquiries from local organic farms who wish to purchase her compost. The builder of this system devised a clever sliding roof design to give the three compost bins a very low profile and to make it easy to use as a top-down system.

Marcy and her husband Jack have since moved to another horse property and O2Compost trained the new owner how to operate their new compost system.  Marcy said that the compost system more than paid for itself in terms of adding value to their property.
