Peter Moon
President & Principal Engineer
Peter is O2Compost's founder and resident expert on all things compost. In fact, he has been known to say "When you think about manure, I want you to think about me."
Over the past 25+ years, Peter developed all of our training programs and has personally been involved with the development of over 1,600 compost systems worldwide. He represents O2Compost at various events and teaching opportunities throughout the United States and Canada.
Peter is the primary contact for consulting projects and compost system (training program) sales. He is the best person to answer your technical composting questions.
Harold Ruppert
Consulting Project Manager
Harold is our lead facilities designer. He provides assistance with obtaining building, grading, storm water and air quality permits for these facilities, and is a great source for technical support during start-up and day-to-day operations of our compost systems. Harold is also a Registered Environmental Health Specialist / Registered Sanitarian with the National Environmental Health Association.
Sherri Maben
Director of Marketing & Administration
Sherri manages our bookkeeping, marketing, and administrative tasks. She also maintains our website and social media presence (Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest).
