David S. uses his O2Compost Micro-Bin System to compost pre-consumer waste (veggie scraps, eggshells, etc.) from his establishment. The finished compost is used in his garden and given away to customers, staff, and a nearby farm. David says his system is "easy to use" and that it is "pretty satisfying to see our garbage not being hauled off by a sanitation truck."
