Bonnie P.'s manure pile from her three horses was large and exposed, so it was a soggy, rotting mess with nasty runoff. After seeing an O2Compost system at an area farm, Bonnie realized that covered aerated bays was the way to go. She built a top-down system into a small hill so dumping the wheelbarrow takes little effort. Most of the finished compost will be spread onto the pastures with a manure spreader. A small amount of compost will be used in the berry patch and on landscaping. Bonnie is pleased that O2Compost's engineers have been readily available to answer all her questions from the very beginning.
