David and Robyn P. wanted a compact, efficient way to deal with the horse manure. The finished compost is used around their "farmette". They use it in the flower beds, and cover the vegetable garden each fall and rototill it into the soil in the spring. They produce enough bags to share with family members and a neighboring organic farmer. The system was originally started up in 2016 and after a few years of non-use, it's back in business.
