With 50-60 horses to care for on pellet and sawdust bedding, manure management could be a challenge. However, the need for quality fertilizer for the polo and practice fields turned out to be the main catalyst for contacting O2Compost. Our engineers worked closely with representatives of Seattle Polo & Equestrian to design the best system for their facility. Two identical structures were built to adequately handle the high volume of generated waste. Pleased with the finished compost product, they now have healthy, well-fertilized fields and no unsightly, smelly manure piles.
