Visitors to the Belluzzo farm call the three large wooden doors on their compost unit "the castle doors". They built a Cornerstone system because they wanted to compost their own material for use on their olive, fruit and vegetable farm. The manure and pine chip bedding from nine horses provides the needed material, and their aerated O2Compost system works the magic.
