Environmental concerns and a feeling that manure management regulations will one day be mandated in horse country areas led the owner of this small farm to O2Compost. Their Benchmark system composts manure and bedding from three large horses and a pony. Due to space/topography limitations, a top-down design was not possible so a ramp was built on the backside to assist with the loading process. The finished compost is used to fertilize areas of their property.
