Taking a proactive stance on manure management, owner Greg A. built this Micro-Bin system prior to bringing his three horses home to their new barn. After about three weeks of curing, the finished compost is used as needed around their farm and to create optimal aeration in the compost bin. Greg learned first-hand the positive difference it makes to place a layer of compost over the pipes before filling the bin.
