Jill M. built this Micro-Bin compost system to handle the manure from two horses. She has found that proper manure disposal cuts down on the need for worming and fly swatters around the house. The finished compost is used in her flower beds, orchard, around berry and grape vines, and in the vegetable garden. If there is any left over, she shares with her very appreciative neighbors and friends. The local Master Gardener Program included her farm in a private garden tour and "over 700 garden lovers were green with envy over our constant supply of weed-free manure mulch.
