New Earth Farm offers food waste composting services for its community. Located in the backyard of an urban home, space is limited with neighbors just 10 feet from the compost bin. With the installation of the O2Compost system, John and Stacey C. have made their immunocompromised and allergy-prone neighbor very happy. Their system composts pre and post-consumer food scraps along with wood chips and straw. A portion of the finished compost is given back to the residential food scrap collection subscribers and donated to local gardens.
